On Election Day, if you are working the full day, report to your assigned polling place at 5:00AM and work until the polls close, you will be paid $250 for the full day. If you are assigned to the peak hour assistance shift, report to your assigned polling place at 3:00PM and work until the polling place closes, you will be paid $125.00.

The advantages to this program include:
  • Earn up to $600.00 to work two elections and take the training class.
  • Get job experience for your resume: shows both colleges and potential employers you have a record of responsibility, teamwork and leadership.
  • Fulfill school requirements: hours worked may count toward your school’s community service graduation requirements.
